Reboot

2019-10-03

I think I switch blog technologies three times for every actual post I write. You're seeing the start of another switch, and I'll make it a clean one. None of the earlier posts made the editorial cut.

This time around, I'm generating a static site with Wyam Scott Hanselman's writeup of Wyam is what originally put C# and static site generation in my head.and styling it with Tufte CSS. And a Hacker News discussion about Tufte CSS caught my eye when I was thinking about a look for the site.My hope is that having only flat HTML out there being hosted will make this maintenance-free enough that I'll actually write new content whenever I feel bloggish, rather than just go poke around with the technology delivering the blog. Having to proofread that new content in this stylishly-academic look should encourage me to give it that extra coat of polish that makes it worth reading.
